Upon making a purchase, we will create an account for you (referred to as the "Account") to process the transaction. You are in charge of maintaining the confidentiality of your Account information and will be held responsible for any activities or orders that take place using your Account. If your login information is compromised, it is your responsibility to immediately notify Evans For Everyone.
We may periodically update these terms and conditions. The changes will take effect after we have given notice. If you do not agree with the new terms, you should stop using the Site. If you continue to use the Site after the changes take effect, it indicates your agreement to abide by the new terms.
ORDERING AND PRICES
All prices are listed in GBP and already include any applicable VAT, unless stated otherwise. The item prices do not include any delivery fees or required deposits. Your shopping cart will display the total amount of your purchase, excluding the deposit and delivery fee.
A delivery fee will be charged per package and item and will depend on the weight and delivery method.
Once you have completed your order, we will send a confirmation email to the email address provided. If you haven't received the email or have any other questions, please contact us by emailing info@evanscashandcarry.co.uk
Your order constitutes an offer to buy from us. A contract is only established when we have dispatched your order. Until then, we reserve the right to decline or modify any aspect of the order.
If you need to make changes or cancel an order, please contact our customer service team by emailing info@evanscashandcarry.co.uk, In urgent cases, it is best to call us for prompt handling. You can cancel an order without any charges before we accept it. If we confirm that the order has not been accepted yet, we will refund your payment. If you cancel an order after it has been dispatched, we may charge you an administrative fee as well as any delivery costs that have already been incurred.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
The product information on our website has been provided in good faith and we strive to ensure its accuracy. However, there may be instances of inaccuracies, incompleteness, or outdated information due to human error or uncontrollable circumstances. If such errors occur, we reserve the right to either not accept your order for the affected products or, if the order has already been accepted, to not supply the affected products to you. We will inform you in such a case and will not charge you for the product.
PAYMENT
We accept the following payment methods: Apple Pay, Shopy Pay, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Diners Club, Maestro, and American Express,. Your credit/debit card information is encrypted with SSL encryption, and Evans For Everyone does not store your credit card information.
Please make sure that your payment card's expiry date is after the expected dispatch date of your order. Payment is processed at the time of dispatch, and if the payment card has expired, we won't be able to take payment or fulfill your order.
DELIVERY
The delivery timeline is based on the availability of the ordered item and the shipping option selected. Expected delivery times will be specified at checkout. We will send you a confirmation email with your invoice when the product is dispatched. In case of any unavailability of the product, a substitute will be provided and will be noted in the invoice.

Although we make every effort to deliver the products within the agreed time, we cannot be held responsible for any delay caused by circumstances beyond our control. If the delivery is handled by a third-party shipping partner, please contact them directly for any questions regarding your shipment.
Delivery will be attempted at the address provided during the order process. If the delivery is unsuccessful due to your fault, you may still be charged for the order.
In case of delivery to a specified collection point, you will be notified via email once the order has been delivered. If the package is not collected within 14 days, it will be returned to us and a fee will be charged to cover the return shipping, shipping fee, and handling expenses incurred by Evans For Everyone.
IF SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH YOUR ORDER
If you have any issues with your purchase, please reach out to us by sending an email to info@evanscashandcarry.co.uk. We are dedicated to finding a solution to any complaints you may have.
According to law, you have the right to receive products that meet their description, are of satisfactory quality, and meet any specific requirements you have stated and agreed upon prior to making your order. If you believe a product you received does not meet these standards, please notify us immediately by email at info@evanscashandcarry.co.uk. We will do our best to correct the situation, whether by delivering a new product or issuing a refund If you wish to reject the product, we will provide you with a pre-paid return label and, upon verifying your claim, refund the cost of the product.
RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return the products within 14 days of receipt. To initiate a return, simply send an email to info@evanscashandcarry.co.uk. Our customer service team will provide you with a prepaid return label to simplify the process.
However, if you prefer to return the product without using our prepaid return label, you can send it to Event Support Team, School Ln, Exhall, Coventry CV7 9GE at your own cost. Please note that we only accept returns sent directly to this address and you will be responsible for any damages that occur during transit. We will refund reasonable shipping costs once we have received the item and you have provided proof of postage.
Please ensure that the returned product is properly packaged to avoid any damage during transit. Also, keep in mind that we do not offer full refunds for products that have been excessively handled.
Please note that for health and sanitation reasons, we do not accept returns for certain products including food items, products with broken safety seals, and household consumables like paper towels, detergents, etc.
Once we receive the returned products, we will refund or replace them within 14 days. The cost of delivery will also be refunded, excluding any additional fees for special delivery options. However, if the products have been handled unreasonably or damaged, we reserve the right to reduce the amount of the refund.
We will process the reimbursement within 14 days of receiving the returned products, but we have the right to withhold the refund if the product cannot be shown to have been returned.
OUR RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE SUFFERED BY YOU
We take responsibility for any foreseeable losses or damages caused by us. If we fail to comply with the terms of the agreement, we will be liable for any loss or damage you incur as a result of our failure to use reasonable care and skill, or if it is a result of breaking the contract. This responsibility applies unless such loss or damage is not foreseeable. Loss or damage is considered foreseeable if it is either evident that it will occur or if both parties were aware of the possibility at the time of entering into the agreement.
Our liability cannot be limited or excluded in cases where doing so would be illegal. This includes liabilities for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or that of our employees, agents or subcontractors, for fraudulent misrepresentation, for breach of your legal rights related to the products, and for defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987. However, we are not liable for any loss or damage that occurs as a result of your own breach of these terms, or due to IT hardware or software failure other than a failure on our site.
AVAILABILITY OF THE SITE
We at Evans Cash and Carry strive to provide top-notch service, however, we cannot guarantee that our services on the website will fully meet your expectations. There may be faults in the website and we cannot promise that it will be error-free. In the case of any faults, please inform our customer service team and we will work to resolve the issue as soon as possible. At times, access to the site may be temporarily limited for maintenance, repairs, or the introduction of new features. We will make every effort to restore access to the site as soon as we can.
SUSPENSION OF YOUR ACCOUNT
If you fail to comply with any applicable laws and regulations or engage in any unauthorised activity on our Site or related services, Evans Cash and Carry reserves the right to immediately suspend or cancel your account and access to the Site. This suspension or cancellation will not affect either party's rights or liabilities.

The links to third-party sites and resources on our Site are provided for informational purposes only. We do not have control over the contents of these sites and resources, and we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that may result from using them.

This agreement is binding only between you and Evans Cash and Carry, and no other person shall have the right to enforce its terms. If any portion of these terms is deemed unlawful, the remaining terms will still be in full effect.
If you violate these terms and Evans For Everyone does not immediately enforce them, we reserve the right to exercise our rights and remedies at a later time. These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be resolved exclusively by the English courts.
